Discover beautiful southeastern Colorado during the 2nd annual Pedal The Plains Century Ride. The 100 mile ride will take riders past a wildlife sanctuary, the Santa Fe Trail and Bent’s Old Fort. What better way to see historic Colorado than on your bike! The ride starts in Lamar, takes a loop around Rocky Ford and finishes in La Junta.
Registered participants will receive: an official Pedal The Plains jersey, a Pedal The Plains water bottle, bicycle tag, route map, rider bib, and pancake breakfast.
If you are looking for more of a challenge, check out the Pedal The Plains 3-day tour, September 20th-22nd. Just over 170 miles, the tour starts and finishes in Eads, CO with overnight stops in Lamar and La Junta. Don’t let your family miss out on the fun. The Family Fun Ride is September 22nd. After they finish their ride, they will be there to cheer you on at the finish line in Eads!
