MTB Challenge - Cross Country MTB Racing

Description
The MTB Challenge is mountain bike racing for everyone. The course features a fun, challenging combination of twisting single-track, wide double track and rolling cross-country. The course is perfect for first-timers and exciting fun skilled riders as well. All events are rain or shine, the course is great to ride in all weather. Entry includes pair of TBF MTB Socks, hot post race meal, athlete goody bag, and raffle prizes.
The First Timer and Junior divisions will have no age groups. There will be 10-year age groups in the Novice, Sport and Expert division; 19-, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59 and 60+. There will be an Open (39 years and under) and a Masters (40+) category in the Single Speed division.
The MTB Challenge course will feature 7 mile laps with single track trails leading from almost start to finish, with moderate climbs, some double track trails for passing, and fast single track downhills!
First Timer: one lap. Junior: boys and girls 14 and under, one lap. Novice: two laps. Sport and Single Speed: three laps. Pro, Expert and Single Speed Expert: four laps.

•10 am Pro, Experts, SS Expert (M/F)
•10:02 SS Sport (M/F)
•10:04 Sport M 39-
•10:06 Sport M 40+
•10:07 Sport F
•10:08 Novice M 39-
•10:09 Novice M 40+
•10:10 Novice F
•10:11 Juniors
Awards will be given to the top three athletes (male and female) in each the First Timer and Junior division. Awards will be given to the top three athletes (male and female) in each 10 year age-groups: 19-under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59 and 60+, in the Novice, Sport, and Expert divisions. Awards will be given to the top three athletes (male and female) in each of the categories: Open (39 and under) and Masters (40+) in the Single-Speed division, Pro, and Single Speed Expert.
Packets available at the race site from 7 am to 9:45 am.

TBF Racing has a No Refund policy on all of our events. A Refund requested prior to race week will be given a TBF Race credit for the amount of the entry fee minus $25 processing fee. Credits are not given during race week.
