Honor Natalie Kekeisen, lifelong cycling advocate, with the Flat as a Pancake Illinois century. Natalie was known for baking dozens of cookies for cyclists, and this ride will follow in that tradition. Ride the first 25 miles to Mills Apple Farm where you may buy freshly baked cookies. Continue on to the 45-mile rest stop which will have lots of free cookies. And finally, yes, the last rest stop (60 miles) at Damiansville Elementary School will also have free cookies before lunch. Ride a 66-mile metric century, or go for the 100-mile century (which will have two rest stops after lunch) and receive a FAAP ride patch.
